Aux power in C5 RS6

Sorry if this has alreay been answered - couldn't find the answer in my searches.
I would like to put a power supply inside the glovebox to power accessories, etc, but I want one that goes off with the ignition (otherwise I'd run a piggyback from the cigar lighter).
Does anyone know where I can tap into to get +12V when the ignition is on only?

Actually, I'm just looking at the back of the RNS-D and it seems to have a standard ISO connector going to it. Presumably the ignition on signal is going to this?

From memory, under the driver's kick panel there is a small bus bar marked 75 which is the supply you are looking for. It's been a while since I was in there however! I'm sure the one you've found will work though, so long as you don't need much current.

S-Kont is the aux supply on the RNS-D, but mentioned earlier the 75 BUS is the switched live.

OK. Thanks guys. This the panel in the footwell in front of the door? Will I easily identify it?

This is the panel under the steering wheel, remove the panel at the right hand side of the dash, remove the cover in front of the cluster, undo the 5x 8mm bolts that hold the kick plate in place and drop it down.

how much current are you planning to draw?
I wouldn't touch the radio. Certainly bad practice.

Probably only a few milliamps. I'd rather connect to the 75 bus if I can find it. It for a GPS transmitter and it should be quite low power.

Lovely advice, guys. The 75X terminal is just the jobby. All plumbed in now and working like a charm!
Many thanks!
