RS6 Sat Nav no working. Advice Help?

Hi

My RNS-D Nav is not working, I input the address this works but my location is never pin pointed. The little arrow is there but
could be anywhere and the sat nav never locates my actual position.

is the reciever?

Really do need this sorting out

Most likely it's the GPS antenna - they are the most likely cause of it not getting a GPS fix.

If you have an Avant it's part of the sharkfin, if you have a saloon it's on the rear window.
