Yes, although you'll need the harness to connect the BT module to the RNS-E, and some coding via VCDS.

It's an H version so if you have one of the recent Nokia phones (like the 5800) then you won't be able to sync your contacts with the RNS-E using it.

And the firmware is only upgradeable by Audi, and I only know of one case where they've done it and that was because the technician and the owner knew each other.
