Hi,

My RS6 is with a dealer and the battery was disconnected. Upon reconnecting the battery they can't get the RNS-e to snap back into life.

They've unknowingly entered the wrong code and the system is now in safe mode. It's counting down from 60 mins BUT at the end of the 60 mins the countdown starts again???

They're not able to get to the stage where they can enter the right code.

Unit has been working fine up to that point.
