connecting dvd player to rns-e unit

hi can anyone help me i bought a multimedia interface off ebay (Item number: 330286143941) i cant seem to get it to show up on the rns-e unit even when i connect the dvd playr nothing happns, i have got 2 of these units nd both r the same is there a certain dvd playr that will work o am i doing something wrong? im good with electrics and nstalled rns-e myself. any help advise would be appreciated tnx[/code]

Does the TV option appear when you press the CD/TV button on the RNS-E?
If not then the multimedia interface isn't wired and/or working correctly.
If yes then select TV and you should see the output from the DVD player.

no nothing just cd nd mp3 thats it, no tv option, do u know any where that i can ge wiring info from? tnx

OK you multimedia interface is either faulty or wired wrong.
Try asking the eBay selling for wiring instructions, or try looking at the Kufatec website for installation instructions for their IMA Basic - the wiring to the RNS-E will be pretty much the same.
