Second that - I've seen literally hundreds of posts from people who have bought a cheap eBay look alike and then got really frustrated at it's limitations (either drivers that don't install reliably or limited functionality due to only working with a very old version of VAG-COM).

Get the real thing and be sure of being able to do what you want to without getting stressed out.

Trust me, rosstech, are great. Don't be dubious about buying from them or the USA

Mine arrived within 2 days of ordering

Just my 2p's worth!

What Virdee said, 2 days for me too, worth every penny.

I've bought twice from them, in the US. Great service both times.

I got a cheap one from gendan and then decided to buy the 'proper' one from Ross Tech in the US. Saved a few quid by buying direct - the dongle was broken as someone had stepped on the package (you could see the footprint!) - quick email to Ross Tech and they wizzed a new one across to me asap!!

Top company and top customer service!
