Rapsody Full Screen??

I have managed to install a Rapsody RSH-110 to my RNS-E, all is working fine apart from 1 niggle, I have the setup set to 16:9 however when I select a film that is 4:3 it has black borders at the sides. I know I can set it to 4:3 pan and scan but that just makes people fat.......on the remote for the Rapsody if you press zoom one of the options is full screen which fills the screen without the stretching, is there a way to set this permananetly as the Rapsody is in the boot of the Avant behind 1 of the cubby holds, so using the remote is not an option and I have not found a way of selecting it from the RNS-E
