Recently my rear wiper is playing up : start by itself from time to time, when on, wiper stop half way and carry on again ??!!

I had to disconnect it . I think it must be one of the relay bloc located near the fuse board but wish bloc???

Anybody know what could be the problem??

Could be either the timer relay or the switch mechanism in the motor itself (making it think the wiper is not at the end of it's travel).

Since it's intermittent I'd start with the switch mechanism and not the relay.

Thanks for your advice Did find out as well the hose is leaking and the connection bloc was wet.....could be the fault !!

Hi Mate, Had the same problem with mine, Intermittent, and not sure if it was the switch, relay etc? In the end, took the motor out,and took it to bits totally. The water had been leaking slowly (explains why the wash wasn't very powerful) and got inside motor housing. once unsealed, cleaned and lube'd up again, works like a dream. Try that first before you buy another motor or involve the stealer.

Hope it works, it did for me.
