After market alarm

Looking for an after market alarm. Any suggestions?

Depends on what features you want really.

I've seen the Clifford 950 in action - the one with the "blakjax" feature...an anti-car jacking system.

Best uprate the battery for a Clifford, I hear their alarms are a serious drainer on battery power, very meaty on juice.

Toad A303 is supposed to be very reliable bit of kit. Though I think it has been superceeded by now with the 606 model which I have not heard any reports on.
My dad had the Viper 500XV fitted to his new van which he praises quite highly, no false triggers or anything and comes with 2-way pager and Thatcham grading too.
Those lack bells and whistles in comparison to the Clifford range though, but then a Clifford needs to be fitted by an expert or they can be a bit of a nightmare if not setup correctly from what I understand.
