Problem with factory phone set on armrest

I have problem with phone on rs4 b5 with rns-d. That unit on rack left side of cars boot is made by nokia. There is place for full size simm card but it does not work on phone use. Is that telematic cardbus or what? There is other place for simm in front of the phone and there goes small simm. Phone is located in armrest. After installed it ask pinn and accept that. then it just says wait...
I waited 1 hour, that wait info comes and goes but no service and working.
I found that phone on ebay, can someone tell me what is it?
And what is wrong with my system?
I Also need user manual for that phone, any ideas?
