would this CD work for a B5 RS4 Nav +

I have a 00 REG B5 RS4 with a navigation plus and has a 2001 DX CD currently. I have found a 2nd hand one and hoping it would fit mine. It says the following it is compatible with. Is there a way I can see if that works for me??
