Hi All,

Recently had a K04 conversion on my S4 - engine out, battery disconnected etc... Now the SatNav+ unit / stereo is requesting a pin code and I don't know it...

The equipment card's been torn out of the book I have and I can't contact the previous owner. I presume I can take a trip to the dealer and they can sort it or is there some other way? I can readily prove ownership and the unit was supplied new with the car so somewhere there must be a record of serial numbers etc?

yes they will do it for you and relieve you off some of your hard earned..

Thank folks - Bristol Audi got the code - free of charge too! Although possibly because I took the unit out and got the serial number myself and gave it to them printed out so they didn't even need to bring the car into the service bay and pull the radio so it was all very quick.
