Sat nav disc for A8

Does anybody know where i can get a sat nav disc for a mark 2 A8? The specilaist garage is charging £117 +VAT! Ridiculous! and that's only for UK!!!!!! Sorry don'y know much about these things, trying to buy for hubby's birthday.
