Alarm problem

Hi all,

Since I've had the car the alarm goes off every now and then, (up to 2-3 weeks intervals). Unlock car, get in, drive off, afte 100m or so the alarm sounds. I end up having to get out the car, close windows/doors lock/unlock everythings then ok.

Three weeks ago when the car was having the cambelt changed the dealer replaced the alarm/siren unit as well, and turned down the sensitivity of the internal sensors. When the dealer pulled the codes last time, they just said that the internal sensors had been triggered, and the battery back was dead, hence replacing the alarm unit.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem?
