B5 S4 bi-xenon adjustment

Off to the Nurburgring in a few weeks and not quite sure how to sort my bi-xenon headlamps out for Europe. Can these be adjusted or is it possible (and much simpler!) just to put the stickers on the headlight cluster as for other cars?

Any assistance much appreciated....thanks.

I know that they can be adjusted and I even printed out the instructions somewhere. Don't know where I got them from now.

I didn't think the B5 had bi-xenon, only xenon dip plus halogen main?

AFAIK bi-xenon is only on B7 (maybe very late B6's too).
