RNS-E TV tuner

I have just had an RNS -E unit istalled into my RS6 but managed to get a TV tuner for a new A8 instead of the coect one. First question is what shouldthe corect part number for this be, 2nd question without paying Audi a grand where might I get one andthird when all that sounds unappetising has anyone experienced any success in installing and then getting good reception fro a dietz DVBT tuner instead. Looking forward to some expert guidance. PS the RNS-E nav is quite an improvement on the Nav+ but my son still wants the TV!!
