Installing a PS2 / DVD in an S4?

Post by pj_sibley » Wed Dec 20, 2006 3:20 pm

I have a SatNav+ and TV system etc. in my B5 S4. The previous owner said that the reciever unit in the boot had connections for a DVD changer.

Can anyone provide me with any information / links to guides on how to link up a DVD player and/or Playstation 2 including sound and power connections. Thanks.

if it's the "none-B" tuner it's a doddle, at the back of the tuner you have s-video and composite inputs. i use the s-video to accept the output from a small Cappucciono PC which i use for movies and music but you can connect anything with either of the 2 types of output. once in TV mode use the mode button on the right to change to AV1.

with the "none-B" tuner it's a bit more costly as the easiest way is to buy a Dietze adapter that gives you multiple inputs
