Naviplus 2001 Firmware update.

Does anyone have a copy of the firmware update thats works, i have downloaded it from the Naviplus website and cant get it to run.
Has anyone been succesful in doing this?l

Yes, I have done it, had no problems with mine, but I know that some people have had problems with the type of CD-ROM they have used. Sorry can't help any more than that.....
