DVD installation - a techy query about video signals

Post by arS4 » Wed Feb 22, 2006 11:08 pm

OK - here's the issue.

The sound aspect is sorted (I'm a Sound Engineer by trade ) but got a query about the video side..

Looking at a DVD player that connects to a single (seperate) TFT. Also looking at a seperate TFT for the other headrest.

Can I assume that I just need to split the video signal (maybe even boost it) with a video splitter to feed the 2nd screen?

Everything else is sorted I think

Any suggestions?

I had this set up in my S2 and A6. I just went to my local car shop and bought a splitter. I did not use a booster and it all worked ace.

Magic - thought so, but it's always best to ask :D
