does anybody with an Avant (RS6) know if the rear side estate windows are supposed to have heated elements or are the wires in the glass alarm related.

was told by Audi Service that they are alarm ones but i thought they were supposed to demist the glass so reported them as faulty.

put me out of my misery pls.

The lines on the rear quater windows are and areial for the tv function not alarm or heating related. Who's your audi dealer sounds like they don't know there from there elbow

It was one of the service ladies at Northampton Audi. Its in the there tomorrow so lets see how they do fixing it!!!! I may just keep to my storey and see how long they take to work out what it is. I am a bit gobby like that sometimes.
