I've used TomTom with pocketgps.co.uk's camera points of interest database. Works quite well.

Pocketgps have just anounced though that they are going to start charging for updates, even though it's created by all the users...

PDA with TomTom + scamera database.
Can't believe that PockGPS are goin to start charging!!! Can't possibly see how they can enforce it - all the traffic will go elsewhere.....

TomTom Go500 for me, excellent piece of kit. You can download updates for the speed camera locations from a certain p2p programme for free!!! So if pocketgps start charging for updates, no problem... 8)
