Video through the AV channel in Navi +

Post by rs4-sson » Mon Aug 08, 2005 6:16 pm

Guys

There is a channel that supposedly is dedicated to AV (by pressing "MODE" button). Do you have to somehow hook up a portable DVD player to the Nav system then? If so, where is the video input on the Nav system (near the CD changer?) and what is the input connector type? S-video, DV, etc?

Thanks guys

It has been discussed before with pictures.... Pretty sure it was phono connectors.

AV aux inputs are NOT provided as standard. You need to get an adaptor, which either fits to the mini-DIN input at the back of the Nav+ (if you don't have TV), or else a different adaptor for the OEM TV unit. Dietz make these adaptors.

Sorry Phil - you are absolutely right - I used the wrong search parameters. Found quite a lot of info on this with DVD as a keyword...

Apologies..
