MP3 compatible CD changer

Does anyone know if there is a MP3 compatible CD changer that I can replace the standard boot mounted 6 CD changer in a 2001 (b5) S4 Avant with the concert+bose system.

I am looking for one thats plug compatible at the changer end so I don't have to rip apart the interior to get wires back to the head unit.

I have seen the phatbox mentioned but I dont want to cut any holes in the interior to fit it and a MP3 compatible CD changer would do me fine as long as it fits in nice and simply where the current Audi one is.
