Pioneer head unit, will it control an audi 6 cd changer?

Car is an S4 with concert head unit.
Will i have to replace the cabling between the head unit and changer?

I don't know, but the Audi changer is made by Matsushita so you might be able to guarantee success by getting a Panasonic head instead.

It'll probably be cheaper for me to buy a pioneer changer, anyone know if I would still be able to use the existing wiring?
