Audi factory ICE - Do they do an MP3 compatible head unit?

Are there any audi mp3 compatible head units for a B5 S4 1999 facelift car?

Any of the Audi headunits which are compatible with the 6 disc changer can be connected up to a
PhatBox. The PhatBox should be available from your local Audi dealer.

So if i wanted to connect my ipod up to my Audi concert head deck it would not be possible. Do they not have any input sockets on the back?

Or if you want to add mp3 without loseing the OE headunit and Phatbox is too expensive :
