Not noticed any problems. NASA must have floated a giant sheet of baking foil in space over wherever you are!
I have finally got round to ordering my new Nav CD from Tele Atlas, and received it today. Big improvement over the 2002 CD I was using! I even got some TMC announcements over 30 miles away from the nearest motorway, which was nice to prove it works.

mine has been working today no probs.
Chris, I guess you have the ultra dear TMC disc whereas I have the 80.00 jobbie. My car has a TMC unit but I can't seem to get it to work.

It won't - not without the TMC-enabled CD! It's a snip at GBP155!
To get back to Alan's problem - I had a similar experience at the beginning of January. Neither my RoadPilot, nor the Nav+, could get a fix for most of the Sunday afternoon. It was all back to normal the next day.
