S4 front door speakers

Does anyone know how to remove the front door speakers. Can it be done from the front of the door panel or does the panel need to be removed

Not 100% but think the panel has to come off. I do know that they can be upgraded to 5.25" from the factory 4" but it needs an adapter ring

The door panel has to come out the car to get to the speaker, As for upgrades, I fitted Focal comp's 5.25 to mine, Got a set of adapter rings,
But were a waste of time, Ended up making a set myself from 12mm MDF. ( MUCH BETTER ) [img]images/graemlins/1syellow1.gif[/img]
