Recommend a good alarm?

Hi, there have been a huge number of car thefts round my area lately so I want to be as best prepared as I can in case the unthinkable happens. Can any of you recommend a good alarm replacement for the standard B7 one? Preferably I want something with proximity sensors, a tracker and basically everything you can think of to make life difficult for the little bas**rds.

Thanks

Most importantly though, make sure you get it fitted by someone decent. A badly set up alarm can be really annoying and can be so bad you end up never using it.

It surely doesn’t take the bbc to tell you this. If someone is smart enough to create digital programmes, someone is smart enough to hack said digital programmes.

Just look at keyless entry thefts and the readers they use to act as the key.

Cheers

You can choose to not use the smart app element though and just use the trusted key fobs.

Completely and utterly 100% agree

Just flagging it on here in case someone searches this forum and then goes off to purchase a Pandora alarm
