Bluetooth via Aux Ipod

Post by iwaters » Thu Aug 24, 2017 2:53 pm

Hi All,

I have a 2007 S6 which has MMI 2g High. The previous owner fitted an aftermarket iPod connector (the type appears an extra CD on the changer). I can scroll the songs and skip tracks with this. My iPod has given up and as I have Apple Music subscription I wanted to fit a bluetooth adapter to this iPod connector. I bought a cheap on e Fleabay but it no worky.

Has anyone done this and know which one they bought?

Thanks

I used to have a C6 with 2g high. Best option is install a proper ami with tune2air bluetooth adaptor

Thank. I looked at the AMI retrofit but the kit is a couple of hundred quid. Which alright is months worth of petrol int eh S6 but I was hoping for a solution more around the £30 mark.
