Rs4 iPhone to audio system

Loving my first rs4 but trying to suss how to connect my phone to it.

Really appreciate any pointers for best way to connect it to the standard audio system and what level of connectivity can be achieved.

Need to know if it's a B5 RS4, B7 RS4 or B8 RS4 to be able to answer that question...

And what you mean by "standard audio system".

Just connected one of these airmusic boxes to my B7 RS4.

You can airplay from your iphone with it. Works great. I previously fitted an aux in to the RNS-E.
