B5 Instrument Cluster Display

Hi, I've just bought a 2000 B5 A4 1.8T Quattro Sport as stop gap till August/September when I plan on getting a B7 RS4 Avant. Great car but has two slight issues, a faulty screen in the instrument cluster and on the Concert cassette player.
From what I've read on the internet, mines a full size screen and resoldering wouldn't cure the dead pixels. I think ideally I'd like to source a genuine Jaeger Magneti Marelli or is it VDO Siemens not sure, and have a go4 at fitting it myself, anyone happen know where I could source one from?
As for the stereo, I might just dismantle it and have a look and if nothing is obviously wrong I'll probably just keep a look out for a second hand unit as I'm guessing displays for these are unobtainable?
