B7 S4 saloon: Xenon flickering and dipping under acceleratio

The flicker isn't that bad or noticeable, but the dip looks like I am flashing people, it isn't under heavy accelration...
Any ideas?

The flickering could be the bulb or ballast on it's way out. Could you explain the dip more?
