Fridge

Post by fataitch » Wed Oct 20, 2010 7:53 pm

I'm just about to do the bluetooth install and thought i'd remove the pointless fridge that's located in the glovebox.

Does anyone have any advice on doing this or any obvious pitfalls I should be aware of ?

I assume the glovebox will be ok to use once the fridge is removed ?

Thankyou in advance,

Hayden

You'll need the rubber blanking plug that fits into the condenser outlet - otherwise your passenger will have a permanent cold blast on their feet, even when the heating is on it blows cooled air.

Thanks Dave

Just got the kit, will be in touch once I've installed it.

Cheers

How did this go? I've just got an s4 cab (b6) and it hasn't got much space but what there is gets taken up with the pretty pointless fridge! I'd like to remove it. The cars a pretty std spec, 04 plate but does have the bose sound system. I'd like an ipod connector and/or bluetooth capability. Just started looking at what options are out there, any suggestions? All help gratefully received?
