Aux input

Post by Guyt » Thu Dec 28, 2006 1:27 pm

Hi chaps, merry Xmas to all.

I am thinking about installing a Revo DAB unit to my RS4 and really don't want to go down the FM modulator route. If I already have the centre armrest installed bluetooth kit, and a Cd changer in the glove box, is there an AUX input free on the RNS-E which I could connect to ?

cheers in advance

No, not really, the only spare aux inputs are the TV tuner /Aux video input device options, if you bought a video aux input, you could get L+R audio from selecting the TV.

But if you bought a Dension gateway 400 for RNS-E, you would get the following, an Ipod connector, a USB2 socket for memory sticks, an Aux input and a switch to switch between CD changer and the Dension.
