What does this one mean? (Engine was not running hence 00513 G28)
If I just switch on the ignition and pull the codes I get the fault come up, if I clear the codes, get no faults, and then switch off and on again the fault always reappears. If I start the engine, clear the faults and restart it doesn't reappear, stop the engine and switch back on but do not start, it reappears again.

Re: RE: ECU Fault code? Internal Control Module Memory Error
John,
2 possible reasons I can remember for the error were a bad earth connection or more likely an internal checksum error ( without going into grizzly details) , modified/reprogrammed devices, like all devices generate checksums for various reasons, it's usually just the sign of a 'chipped' device being present , it's possible to hide , but a lot don't bother, like Nothelle etc.
