Welcome!

Yea, there's loads you can do. What did you have in mind?

You could start with a Miltek catback exhaust, RS2 downpipe, and MRC remap. That will give you close to 300bhp.

If you want to go a bit further, then a bigger turbo and intercooler, exhaust manifold, reverse intake manifold, bigger injectors and fuel pump will give you 400bhp+

Handling-wise, RS2 or Whiteline ARBs are a good starting point. H&R coilovers or similar would be the next step.

Lastly, but probably firstly, do the Porsche 996 front brake upgrade - the stock brakes are $hite.

That's a brief summary, but there's a wealth of information and advice here : www.s2forum.com - come and join us

Front is the most important, but if you want to go the whole hog, there are various options - take a look at this one : http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=13798

Yes, but why do you need to do that? Are you planning on a big turbo upgrade generating loads more torque? There are also other options.

Handling - start with replacing the ARBs with RS2 front and Whiteline rear.
If you're not happy with that, it's coilover time... :D

Brakes - as above.

Firstly, Is your car an ABY or 3B? (6 or 5 speed)

Stock internals will take upto around 400bhp on ABY engine, about 370-380 on 3B. Headgasket needs replacing with metal RS2 item if you are going above 350ish.
