fuel gauge

i have just bought a s2 avant m reg which is fantastic except for the fuel gauge isn't working & the miles remaining on the dash computer is telling porkies, but it has just had a new fuel sender unit fitted. Can anyone help me or advise me what to do!

Sometimes after fitting a new sender unit, the computer/sender needs to be re-calibrated. You should be able to find the info on
