Can you take some measurements of your rear anti roll bar off your avant( the original is off your car right?) - I'll take some measurements of the coupe - I'd like to see if they are a close match - I'm hoping the droplinks which are really long, might make up any differences in them.

I had the standard one in the back of the car at GTi. You could have had it free of charge!!

PM your postal details and I will investigate posting it to you. It can't be re-used anyway due to the bushes wearing the steel away through constant use/abuse.

I am a bit weary about giving you dimensions becuase it is shaped to clear some features in the Avant and it is less ambiguous if you have the parts in your hands! I don't want to lead you in the wrong direction by giving incomplete info.

Can you take a couple of pics and basic width/ depth measurements? If it's nearly there - I might look into trying to borrow one from somewhere for a trial fit.

What are the next meets/trackdays/shows you plan to take the car out to?

Don't think I'll make the g-force day - would have liked ot but too many bits to fix!

Definately G-Force. Need to get a proper benchmark before assessing mods. After that not sure.

I will make it to the next proper rs246 meets but might be without the car for a few months as I have started buying the bits to see me through to 400 bhp.
