RS6 C8 2021 - LOSS OF POWER AND WHINE

RS6 C8 - 26k miles
Supercharger whine coming from passenger side resulting in loss of power. Noise started after 15k miles.
Audi putting down to characteristic of the vehicle after running in, exec team refuse to help and put the ownus on the franchsie to diagnose who are saying its characteristic of the RS brand.
Could do with any help or advice on this from other owners.
It would seem to be a gearbox/ diff/ driveshaft type problem.
