MMI Problem...

So over the weekend my MMI decided to lose connection with my phone and with the internet via the inbuilt connection.
I can no longer use car play, enable Bluetooth, get updates, weather etc etc. Car play wont even work if I plug the cable in. I have done a full reset in the MMI and a hard reset (holding the volume button) - no joy...

but came across this guy recently that seems to know his way round things, not sure if he has a video that helps or is contactable….
