Gear changing issue when the car facing downwards on a hill or slope

Dear all,
My car is 21reg RS6, recently I noticed that there is a kind of "click" sound when changing gear from reverse to drive when the car is facing downward on a hill or slope. It is difficult to describe exactly what "click" sound look like, when the car stops on a hill and facing downward, the "click" sound like "Gong" with tiny movement when changing gear from reverse to drive, and the gear starts from D2 rather than D1.
I visited my local dealer today, I demonstrated the issue to the technician, I was told that they need to find a similar car to test to see if it is normal or it's RS6's character of making sound when changing gear on the hill.
Is there anyone knows this issue or have any clue on this. Your reply will be much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.
