Anyone seen this before, shortcuts gone wrong

In my RS4 (B8) there’s a 3 button press all at the same time, method to reboot the system, that resets and clears random computer derived stuff.
Although evidently turning the MMI off and leaving it off for minimum 15 minutes does the same thing …
Not sure what the reboot sequence is for the RS6 (if it has one) but the tech at my dealers shared the details when my phone etc wouldn’t connect up properly (just random whilst driving along) and the screen looked “wonky”. Just turning off and then back on again did nothing positive. If I’d have just gotten out of the car and left it alone for say half an hour it would have been fine too, but didn’t know that either.
May not help, but could be worth a look.
