Not heard anything. Was at the dealer this weekend (they are buying my RS6 off me) and told them I’ll be interested again if a performance model comes out, but they said nothing yet and actually unsure if one will come especially with the current focus on EVs

Re: RS6 performance
Couple of reasons, firstly, I have a 911 Turbo S shaped itch I need to scratch, and having waited patiently for a year that day is nearly here!
Secondly, I have realized that 99% of the time, its just me in the car, so do I need something quite so big. My wife has a big family wagon, so I'm going to try to do the sports car for everyday use thing (although I have convinced her the 911's back seats are fine for short journeys!)
Have loved the RS6 and would probably get back in one in the future, in particular if a performance version comes out, but for now I'm counting the days down to realize that childhood car dream!

Re: RS6 performance
If you’re acquiring a 992 TTS you’ve done well, they have been hard to acquire. You’ll love it. Does everything an RS6 but 100 times greater. I loved my 991.2 TTS. Assume you’re clear of build pain caused by the semi conductor shortage?lem wrote:Couple of reasons, firstly, I have a 911 Turbo S shaped itch I need to scratch, and having waited patiently for a year that day is nearly here!

Re: RS6 performance
Yup 992. I believe if you wanted to order one today your talking 15+ months wait. Build complete day is today so should be just the wait as it does its journey from Germany over to the UK.
Will miss the RS6, but interested to see how the TTS is, as I've not driven one yet as when I ordered there weren't any in the UK to drive!

Re: RS6 performance
15 months not long at all, why you bought it if you wanted something else? I still use my c7 rs6 from 2016 and happy, and plan to use it at least 5 more years

Re: RS6 performance
Think he’s explained clearly why he’s sold it on Tadass.
Glad you’re enjoying your RS6 so much.
I love my RS4 but am considering moving it on as I don’t use it much.
I use my JCW mini more day to day than the RS so I totally get where Tadass is coming from.

Re: RS6 performance
Picked it up Friday. Obviously not as practical as the RS6 but oh my, your right, its another world of performance compared to the RS6doodlebug wrote: ↑Tue May 04, 2021 12:29 pmIf you’re acquiring a 992 TTS you’ve done well, they have been hard to acquire.
