I thought about a Capristo when looking, but I didn't like the fact the valves are controlled by a key fob rather than via the standard system.
Akra was just too expensive as I don't tend to keep my cars long enough for it to be worthwhile compared to a Milltek (nearly double the price)
Went with the Milltek in the end as for me it was the right balance between sound and price. Although I do admit the way the Milltek pipes 'end' before the tips can look a bit rubbish, although I don't tend to be squatting down behind the car to see them that often!

I thought Capristo maintains the stock settings for the most part. Additionally, I thought that it’s vacuum controlled so the valves will open with increased throttle demand.
