Prompted by threads on the C7 forum,some are worried about a software update knocking out their ApplePlay.
Bit of a trivial one but on my C8,all worked fine,downloaded IOS 14 to my phone and now a message comes up on screen "there was a problem
connecting to AppleMusic "
In fact press library ,they all come up and play fine.
Any of you techos out there had this and know how to get rid of the message? Dealer doesn't know !!

I would be inclined to think the problem is not with the car but more with the iOS. Do you have a possibility of trying with another phone?
