Radius of brake calipers and dust shield

Wondering if anyone has measured the radius of the brakes? I know the diameter of the ceramic rotors is 440 mm and believe the radius of to outer edge of the caliper is approximately 249 mm, but I think the dust shield may bit a bit wider than the caliper itself and was hoping someone has or could confirm.

Wheel manufacturers have have drawings of the calipers and rotors but not the dust shield which I think would be the limiting factor in wheel sizing (my S212 E63 dust shields for example). Living in a climate that requires snow tires, being able to use a 20" wheel is desired by some but even some 21" wheel designs don't clear.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hey actually looking to order an RS6 and also wondering if 20 in wheels would fit. Did you ever get an answer?

I understand that 21's were the smallest wheels offered as they were the smallest that would fit and the 22''s were the upgrade.

I don't have measurements but I know when I wash my car I struggle to get my fingers and a cloth between the guard and the wheel and I have the 22's.

I don't know for certain but id expect 20's will foul the guard.
