Picked up from the detailer

Post by giles » Mon Mar 30, 2020 5:31 pm

The detailer I use has done an incredible job on the car. Several days of treatment finishing up with 2 ceramic coatings.

Now just need to be able to drive it sometime! Occasional emergency shopping about the only allowed activity.

Are you still thinking about having the wheels repainted black Giles? Or sticking with the Titanium for the moment?

I took a bit of time out before going for the black wheels and also discussed it with the detailer. Love the black wheels and would have ordered them with the car if an option, but they have grown on me and decided to take my time.

With the Nardo I think they look good. Photos make them look very silver but in the “flesh” they are pretty dark grey and go well with the Nardo.

If I had gone for a black RS6 I would definitely have changed them to black.

More pics! What a beauty! I’d love to see more of the Cognac as well. That’s what I’m leaning towards. Is it as beautiful in person as in the pictures?

I absolutely love the interior. Really different to the black I usually go for of course. I went for it to have a change but like it so much more than I thought I would. Highly recommended. Looks even better in the flesh!

A friend pointed out it is pretty similar to the colour of the garage walls!

Richard does a fantastic job with attention to detail
I've used Richard to detail 2 cars for me now & would highly recomend him.

Love the car - hope you enjoy?
