Too much oil ?? 2023 C8

Hello All

I might have an issue. Left my car with my brother who mentioned he noticed an OIL LEVEL LOW marker in the MMI however there was no oil light.

He's gone and added approx 3 litres of oil. The system now says OIL LEVEL IDEAL however I'm worried he may have overfilled (should have done 0.5 litre at a time).

last service 6 months ago and approximately 6,000km driven since with lots of very high temperatures recently.

My question : Do I need to stick this on a truck and off to my local Audi dealer (only 3km away) or should I drive it down to have it checked ?

Any advice / guidance etc. Why don't I trust MMI or my brother !!!!
