When do you suggest to change tyres

Hi I was just seeking some advice from you one of you guys. I have RS4 B9 and the tyres are a bit on the low side. The car is driven mainly on the weekend and the front are approx 2.5mm and the rear are 3.0 and 3.5 mm respectively . Do you think it is safe to drive a little bottle longer and wear them close to the limit or would you suggest just changing all 4 in one go. Any advice would be appreciated

2.5mm is getting pretty close. They'll start losing performance under 3mm. I'd definitely change them before they get near 2, and do all 4.
