XPEL PPF saved my day

Post by spidmack » Mon Jan 09, 2023 8:05 pm

Hi folks, I noticed when cleaning my car that the front bumper side had been scrapped. I have no idea when it happened or how. Maybe it was a kerb or verge. Anyway I took it back today to Clark Aitken who ppf’d my car when new in 2020.
He took the ppf off & I was anticipating a phone call to say “sorry it’s going to need a re-spray.
Amazingly all was ok under the scrapped ppf. A new piece was fitted & it’s looking perfect again.

Impressive! Looks like a low speed scrape along a kerb or something. If it was at speed it'd have bounced off or cracked it - I've cracked that part of mine and needed a plastic weld :/
